I loved this vid as this is exactly what happens just before you want to ship a new website. Though on two recent projects the thrashing started early on and as a result production has been much easier and we’ll almost certainly achieve the deadlines.

Now if only I could get the powerful bunkers to sign that form…mmm

Is bigger always better?

Much, much bigger ads for US sites like CNN, NYT, ESPN and other members of their online publishers association. Bigger is certainly not always better for the user and I fear this will ring true for the advertisers as well when they carry the blame for encroaching on the reader experience.

If you want a better response spend time and effort on ensuring your ads are relevent – not big…in my view!
